The same thinking one level up. We look at the whole book: what's allocated where, what order things should happen in, and which assets you hold, refinance, or sell. You get a recommendation, not a menu.

Pre-refinance inspection, debt sizing, and oversight through closing. We get the asset and the file ready before anybody goes to market, then run the process so the timeline holds and the proceeds reflect what the property can genuinely carry.
