Stellar is a faith-based company. Our purpose has been written down since the company was founded, and it has not changed: to be about our Father's business, building the Kingdom of God. We believe God calls each person to a relationship with Him and to experience abundant life, and that our work is a way to do good, be a light to others, and glorify God.

Our mission follows from that purpose. Invest, develop, serve, impact: investing in property, while developing people, to serve others and make an impact that matters.

For us, that has less to do with what we say and more to do with how we handle what we have been trusted with. We are working with somebody else's capital and somebody else's asset, and at the end of every decision there is somebody's home. We believe Colossians 3:23, that whatever we do, we should do it with all our heart, as if working for the Lord.

We do not expect that to be why anyone hires us. But it is why we work the way we do, and it is the reason an honest report will always matter more to us than a comfortable one.
